1. Service Agreement

By engaging Nwaoma Visuals for video editing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a professional and transparent working relationship between us and our valued clients.

2. Services Offered

We provide the following professional video editing services:

• Motion Graphics and Animation
• Advertisement Video Production
• Whiteboard Animation and Explainer Videos
• Children's Content and Nursery Rhymes
• Video Editing, Merging, and Post-Production
• Custom Video Projects

3. Project Process

Initial Consultation

• Clients must provide clear project requirements and objectives
• All necessary files, materials, and references must be submitted upfront
• A detailed quote and timeline will be provided before work begins
• Changes to project scope may affect pricing and timeline

Production & Revisions

• Preview videos will be sent via WhatsApp in one-time view format for security
• Clients are entitled to reasonable revisions as agreed upon
• Major changes beyond the original scope may incur additional charges
• Feedback should be provided within 48 hours of receiving previews

Delivery

• Final payment must be completed before video delivery
• Final videos are delivered in HD quality via WhatsApp or Google Drive
• All formats agreed upon in the initial consultation will be provided

4. Payment Terms

• 50% upfront payment may be required for large projects
• Final payment is due before delivery of the completed video
• We accept payments via bank transfer, mobile money, and other secure methods
• Prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira unless otherwise specified
• All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete project information
• Supply all necessary files, footage, and materials on time
• Respond to communication and preview videos promptly
• Ensure all provided content is legally owned or licensed
• Make timely payments as per agreed schedule

6. Copyright & Ownership

• Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to the final video
• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have rights to all source materials
• Nwaoma Visuals retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio
• Clients must not distribute preview videos sent during production
• Music and stock footage licensing is the client's responsibility unless agreed otherwise

7. Project Timeline

• Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed
• Delays in client feedback or material provision may extend deadlines
• Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee
• We will communicate any potential delays as soon as possible

8. Revisions Policy

• Minor revisions (text changes, color adjustments) are included in the base price
• Major revisions (complete re-edits, new animations) may incur additional charges
• Number of revision rounds will be agreed upon at project start
• Revisions must be requested within the agreed timeframe

9. Cancellation Policy

• Clients may cancel projects before work begins for a full refund
• Once work has started, upfront payments are non-refundable
• Cancellations mid-project will be charged based on work completed
• We reserve the right to cancel projects with full refund if necessary

10. Confidentiality

• All client information and project details are kept confidential
• Preview videos are sent securely via WhatsApp one-time view
• We will not share or sell client data to third parties
• Non-disclosure agreements can be arranged upon request

11. Liability

• We are not liable for how clients use the final video content
• Clients are responsible for copyright compliance of their content
• We are not responsible for third-party platform policies or rejections
• Our liability is limited to the project fee paid

12. Communication

• Primary communication is via WhatsApp for quick responses
• Email is available for formal correspondence
• Response time is typically within 24 hours on business days
• Emergency support is available for ongoing projects

13. Quality Guarantee

We are committed to delivering high-quality work that meets professional standards. If you're not satisfied with the final product after agreed-upon revisions, we will work with you to resolve any legitimate concerns.

14. Changes to Terms

Nwaoma Visuals reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
